WK-75型矿用挖掘机回转平台的参数化设计

Parametric Design of WK-75 Mining Excavators Indexing platform

摘要: 为缩短矿用挖掘机的研发周期、降低研发成本和提高产品质量,将参数化设计方法应用到挖掘机回转平台的设计中,采用扁平化的开发方案,基于UG下的WAVE模块和PTS模块建立了WK-75型矿用挖掘机回转平台的参数化模型和人机交互界面,结果证明:回转平台参数化模型和人机交互界面的建立,有效节约了挖掘机回转平台的设计时间、降低了设计工作量,有利于提高企业的设计效率。

Abstract: Parametric design is to make the parameters such as size and location reflected through expression, by controlling the expression of size and location to affect the design of the whole model, which is a kind of top-down design method. In this paper, using the development plan of flat, WAVE module and PTS module based on UG were used to establish parametric design model and human-computer interaction interface of WK-75 mining excavators indexing platform. The establishment of the human-computer interaction interface and indexing platform parametric design model effectively saves design time and reduces the workload design of the excavator indexing platform, to improve the design efficiency of the enterprise, which has great practical significance.
